The PNLA membership year is July 1st through June 30th. New members joining after March 1st receive membership through June 30th of the following year. Dues shall be paid at the par value of the country from which they come, regardless of the rate of exchange. Dues unpaid by Sept. 1 shall be deemed delinquent.
