2017 PNLA Conference: Renew & Reimagine, Post Falls, Idaho

You are invited to exhibit at the 2017 Pacific Northwest Library Association Conference in Post Falls, Idaho, Aug. 2-4, 2017. The conference will be held at the Red Lion Inn in Post Falls overlooking the beautiful Spokane River.

EXHIBITOR COST AND REGISTRATION (All costs in USD unless otherwise specified)

  • $400 for a space if paid and registered prior to JULY 5th, 2017 and $500 if paid after JULY 5th, 2017

*Note:  Fee includes 1 table, reception Wednesday evening, 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch

Conference Sponsorship

  • A free exhibit booth with $2,500 sponsorship - $2,500.00
  • $125 booth fee for $2,000 sponsorship - $2,125.00
  • $225 booth fee for $1,500 sponsorship - $1,725.00
  • $275 booth fee for $1,250 sponsorship - $1,525.00
  • $300 booth fee for $1,000 sponsorship - $1,300.00  
  • $325 booth fee for $750 sponsorship - $1,075.00
  • $350 booth fee for $500 sponsorship - $850.00

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Sponsor a coffee break: $200 - Your company/organization logo will be featured prominently near the coffee break area and in the conference-at-a-glance. There are four coffee break sponsorship opportunities.
  • Sponsor a speaker: $500- Your company/organization logo will be featured on the conference webpage,  a slide before the speaker and in our conference-at-a-glance. There are four speaker sponsorship opportunities.
  • Wednesday Evening Opening Reception: $100 - Your company/organization logo will be featured prominently at the Opening Reception, on the conference webpage and in our conference-at-a-glance. We are accepting up to four sponsors for the Opening Reception.
  • President’s Reception: $100 - Your company/organization logo will be featured at the President’s Reception, on the conference webpage and in our conference- at-a-glance. We are accepting up to three sponsors for the President’s Reception
  • Web Ad only: $75 - Your company/organization logo will be featured on the conference webpage of our website.

Silent Auction Donation - Each year all proceeds from our silent auction go towards Leads, PNLA’s biennial leadership institute. If you’d like to donate items from your company/organization to Leads, please specify this on the registration form. Your company/organization logo will be featured near the silent auction area and in our conference-at-a-glance.
