Pacific NW College of Art is seeking a user-oriented Director of Library Services to provide leadership for its approximately 13,000 volume collection and manage a staff that includes a Library Access Services Manager, a Temporary Library Web Technician and three part-time library assistants.  Increasing the collection while improving and expanding library services to support the growth of the BFA and MFA programs are high priorities for the College.  In addition, the library is in the midst of implementing a strong Information Literacy program, preparing to move to an open source integrated library system and in the planning stages of redesigning its web site.
