Learning Technologies Specialist

The UW Bothell Learning Technologies department and Teaching and Learning Center have an outstanding opportunity for a LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALIST. As part of the Learning Technologies unit, this individual will report to the Director of Learning Technologies and will work with faculty and students to help them integrate technology to enhance student learning. This individual will also have a quarter-time (.25) reporting relationship with the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC), supporting the TLC’s teaching and learning initiatives and programs. For both departments, the Specialist will provide instructional and faculty development support. The Specialist will collaborate directly with faculty, students and staff in academic programs to promote academic innovation and excellence in areas such as online learning, assessment, course development, mobile technologies, multimedia, and online collaboration and communication using Web 2.0 tools.
