DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY 
Shoreline Community College 
Seattle, WA

Shoreline Community College, located on an 83-acre site north of the city
of Seattle, serves more than 12,000 students annually in academic
transfer, professional/technical basic skills and continuing education
programs. The Director of Technology will function as the Chief Technology
Officer of the College. The Director of Technology provides vision,
leadership, planning and coordination for Shoreline Community College's
technology systems and services, including the college's academic and
administrative computing activities and voice and data communication.
Requires: Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education
institution in a related field; 5 years of increasingly responsible
systems management experience that includes planning in a complex
organizational environment, supervising staff and ensuring accountability;
knowledge of functions and capabilities of computer and telecommunications
hardware and software; and recent experience in management of
multi-platform environments and in both wide area and local area network
administration.
