Part-time Temporary Audiovisual Librarian
20-28 hrs./week (dependent on experience and availability)

Required:
ALA accredited MLS

Strongly preferred:
Health Sciences library experience 
Knowledge of MeSH and NLM classification system 
OCLC cataloguing experience 
Knowledge of computer software applications 
Strong public service orientation and communication skills

Desirable:
Bibliographic instruction/Internet training experience 
Experience with online systems
Knowledge of non-print media
Database searching 
Experience with oral histories 
Interest in alternative medicine

Duties :
Collection development 
Original cataloguing of audiovisual materials using NLM classitication and
McSH on
    OCLC
Preparation & administration of the Instructional Media Center budget

Development and administration of a chiropractic oral history project and
college
       archives
Working with faculty in the identification or development of educational
programs for classroom presentations Training faculty, students and staff
in the use of AN equipment and software: Providing occasional supervision
of the circulation desk Assisting the Head Librarian in general duties of
the library
