Audiovisual Collection Management Librarian
20 hours per week

Duties: Selects audiovisual and other adult materials for system; analyzes
needs and prepares reports. Uses Dynix, vendors, internet sites, other
sources. Meets with wholesalers, publishers, distributors. Maintains
knowledge of current and emerging recording, publishing, and film trends.

Qualifications: MLS, Wash. Lib. certificate, 2 years supervisory
experience and 2 years direct public library service and adult material
selection--especially AV items. Knowledge of adult viewing and listening
preferences. Experience with planning and executing budgets, familiarity
with electronic media and internet and use of personal computers.
Excellent public service and communication skills.

Salary: $14.82 per hour plus excellent benefits.
