Web Triage preconference

FYI-

We have evaluated the number of registrations for the Web Triage
preconference and determined that there will be *one* session to be held
at the original afternoon time 1-5.  There will be 150 participants, the
limit set by the presenter.

For a while it looked as though we would get enough to hold a second
session, but that did not materialize. So there will be no morning
session.

For the handful of you who registered in the last week or so, your
registration fee will be refunded to you.  We are no longer accepting new
registrations for this session; all new fees will be refunded.

***If you registered and do not hear from us, then you are registered for
the afternoon - the only - session.

Thank you for your patience as we have tried to sort this out.
