Internet chat sites for kids

Does anyone know of any great chat sites for kids that require neither an
e-mail address nor IRC?  Our library system provides Internet access to
the public, but we do not support e-mail for patrons, IRC or Usenet.
Thanks for any suggestions that you can offer.
