When I worked at Salem Public Library, it was pointed out that there were young men who would only bring up sexually explicit images in view of the reference desk when the female librarians were there. I doubt that this could be proved in a court of law, but it appeared that they would reserve the computers which faced the reference desk, not the ones that faced away. Some of my female colleagues felt put upon when this appeared to be a repeated pattern. Salem PL has a specific policy against this, so they would be asked to stop. It is sad that this provides a "kick" for these guys. Ah, the ramifications of our victorian inheritance!
