The Edmonds Library, part of the Sno-Isle Regional Library System, is 
housed in a city-owned building which is functionally attached to the 
City of Edmonds' recreation center, which houses among other things the 
city's arts program.  The Arts Festival uses the library's main program
space, so I can't do any school age children's programs during June!
