At the recent OLA-WLA joint conference in Portland, two Oregonians were winners of a drawing for PNLA gifts: Dallas Young Shaffer, a library consultant from Portland, wins a free membership in PNLA. Karen Hecks, from Clackamas Community College in Oregon City, wins a free registration to the PNLA conference in Seattle, August 6-9. Congratulations to Dallas and Karen!
