I think that the bibliographic database for the Church of Jesus Christ
of the Latter Day Saints also is limited to these records for deceased
individuals only (unless you voluntarily put them in).  At least this is
what I recall from my research there.  So the deceased factor is the key
(guess you get no privacy then, cheesh...)
