RE: Outsourcing Internet Training

At last years WALE Conference, Joy Phelps, of HomePage Associates, did a 
presentation on "Practical Internet for Library Paraprofessionals." 
 Although we did have technical difficulties, the session was well planned 
and totally focused on our particular area of interest.  The company is in 
Bellevue and specializes in web page creation and training.  Joy is a former 
librarian and it was very clear that she knows and understands how libraries 
work.  I don't know what the costs would be for the type of training that 
you have in mind, but it might be worth contacting her.  Her email address

What are good outsources for training library staff on how to use Internet?
Costs?  Any suggestions (especially in the Puget Sound area)?
