PNLA Communication Plan, 1998-2001
Goal:
To keep target audiences informed about, interested in, and supportive of PNLA.Objectives:
- To solicit input from members about PNLA directions and programs, by December 1999.
- To increase membership by 20% by September 30, 2000.
- To increase attendnce to stand-alone conferences to 300 by 2001.
- To increase active participation by interest groups and committees by the time of the conference in 2000.
- To achieve a greater awareness of PNLA in the library community.
Message:
PNLA facilitates and encourages communication, networking and information exchange for the development and support of libraries and librarianship in the Pacific Northwest. Librarians and library staff benefit professionally and personally from the collegial networking and continuing education opportunities.
